TSF seeks AmeriCorps Member applications for two positions

22 January 2013 – This year, The Sierra Fund has two exciting positions open for qualified individuals, through the Sierra Nevada Alliance’s Sierra Nevada AmeriCorps Program.

We are seeking a self-motivated Outreach Coordinator to bring resources to Sierra communities facing legacy mining pollution as well as newly proposed mines, and an enthusiastic Restoration and Research Assistant to work with Science Director Dr. Carrie Monohan on our flagship mine assessment and restoration projects over the next six months.

Interested individuals need to apply through the Sierra Nevada AmeriCorps program. The deadline for applications to the program is February 11, 2013.
