TSF CEO Izzy Martin will Present at AAUW Meeting April 15

The Sierra Fund’s CEO Elizabeth “Izzy” Martin has been invited to present at the Nevada County Branch meeting of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) this Saturday, April 15, at 9:30 am at the Peace Lutheran Church in Grass Valley.

Izzy’s speech will address how The Sierra Fund pursues our mission to protect and restore ecosystem and community resiliency in the Sierra Nevada, including the history behind our work, our programs, and our strategy and vision to “save the Sierra.”

Martin will be joined on the speaker panel by Marty Coleman-Hunt, Executive Director of the Bear Yuba Land Trust. This meeting provides a great opportunity to see how local environmental nonprofits are helping our community, and to get involved with their work. Thank you to the AAUW for hosting this fun and engaging event!
