The Sierra Fund provides, or facilitates, review of documents including environmental impact reports, planning documents, proposed legislation and proposed regulations.
The Sierra Fund draws on expert staff and advisors including:
- CEO Elizabeth Martin, a former County Supervisor and Planning Commissioner
- Science Director Carrie Monohan, Ph.D., who earned her doctorate in Forest Hydrology from the University of Washington, and who specializes in hydrology, meadows, and mine impacts on water quality
